Our low temperature foil decals provide the ideal low-cost alternative to precious metals.
Hot foil stamps can be integrated into complex designs and applied in one easy step. The transfers can be applied onto complex curves and bottle edges, and high levels of detail and even halftones can be attained.
Hot foil deals come in a wide array of colours and special effects. Golds, silvers, rose golds, reds, and even holographic effects and brushed metal are all available. Multiple foils can be combined or overlayed in the same decal, or even printed directly on top of colours and detailed CMYK photographic images. Satin effects can also be created by choosing a matt finish as an alternative to gloss.

Common questions
Shades of gold and silver are generally well stocked, and are the most cost effective options. Any colour can theoretically be made, but often this can mean purchasing a significant amount of foil. Many colours are stocked by our suppliers, and similar colours to a selected reference can often be found.
The foils used in the manufacture of our decals are specific to our process. The foils must be able to withstand the thermal curing temperatures, and also be compatible with the colours and varnish that they are printed on or under.
Our team have both Kurz and Foilco reference books. We compare our own range of foils to find a suitable match if one of these references is provided.
